Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
In short: Flick Academy teaches aim mechanics through lessons, drills and tools. Use it fairly, keep your account to yourself, and remember it's training advice, not medical advice. Pro is $10 a month and you can cancel any time.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Flick Academy ("we", "us"), based in The Bahamas, for using flick.academy (the "site"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Who can use Flick Academy
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, or under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate details, keep your password private, and don't share your account. One account is for one person.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the contact page.
4. Free and Pro
- Free includes the free course, its drills and the free tools. We may change what's included over time.
- Pro is a subscription, currently $10 a month, that unlocks the full curriculum, Pro drills and benchmarks. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; sales tax may be added depending on where you live.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the subscription to you as seller of record. Its own terms also apply to your purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Payments aren't refundable for months you've already used, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something has gone wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll look into it.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
5. Health and safety
Flick Academy's lessons on posture, grip, warm-ups and breaks are general training guidance, not medical advice, and they don't diagnose, treat or prevent any injury or condition. If anything hurts while or after you play, stop and see a doctor or physiotherapist. You take part in drills and exercises at your own risk, so go at a pace that's comfortable for you.
6. Results
We teach methods that help players improve, but we can't promise a particular rank, score or result. How much you improve depends on your practice, setup and many other things outside our control. Tool results (such as eDPI, sensitivity conversions or Swipe Test angles) are guides, and game updates can change how sensitivity works.
7. Fair use
Please don't:
- copy, resell, share or republish our lessons, drills, illustrations or Pro content;
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site, other players' accounts or our database;
- use bots or scripts to scrape the site or fake drill results;
- use the site for anything illegal, or to harass anyone.
Flick Academy teaches aim skills for fair play. Nothing on the site is a cheat, and you shouldn't use it to break any game's rules.
8. Our content
The lessons, drills, tools, illustrations, Flick Academy name and logo belong to us. You may use them for your own personal training. Your own data, such as your results and progress, stays yours.
9. Ending your access
You can stop using Flick Academy at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable. If we close a paid account for no fault of yours, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.
10. The service as it is
We work hard to keep Flick Academy running and accurate, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove features.
11. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses (such as lost matches, rank or opportunities), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell signed-in players before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: email [email protected] or use our contact page.
